Sorry, I have just found modconf_0.26.8 in frozen at the master.
(It is my miss to forget checking the Incoming. Excuse me.
 I did not notice because I only checked the mirror ftp server.)

I understand that this patch is not required at all.
Thanks to working for bug fix on modconf.

Now I will start to build b-f locally from the cvs code again.

If you know other packages still sitting in Incoming,
please tell me them. Thanks.
