Resubmitting my bug. If you have an answer, please reply.

On boot up with floppy disk, as Linux is being loaded, right after the
statement:

"RAMDISK: Compressed image found at block 0"

The following statement occurs:

"crc errorVFS: Mounted root (minix filesystem)"

This occured after I used "rawrite2" to format the rescue disk
to use to install my system for the first time.

Using: Debian GNU/Linux 1.3, kernal version 1.3-17 and libc 5.4.33-3.

Thanks

We believe this problem is fixed in the new potato version of
boot-floppies. We no longer support hamm boot-floppies. Closing this
bug. Please submit a new bug if you have problems with potato
boot-floppies.
