losetup now gone from build scripts



I just ripped all the losetups out of the floppy build scripts (havn't fixed
dbotstrap yet).  No more noisy errors during build, and one less thing to go
wrong.  We now rely on mount -o loop=/dev/loopX to do the right thing (which
it seems to do).

Seems to work, but I did see this error later on, and i'm too
tired to fix it:
