I attempted to install base-config on an already configured system and
it trashed my apt Packages files. I admit this is mild compared to what
I was expecting to happen (clobber the password file) but it's still a
nasty problem considering it will bite anyone who upgrades from stable.

Fixed in 0.04.
Many of these bugs were duplicates filed by the same person. "Lazarus",
don't do that. It's bloody annoying and a waste of my time.
