dbootstrap_log not needed

dbootstrap_log function into util.c file. BTW, is this really
needed (I found no reference in the source code to this function)?
No, it's not needed. Any logging should use syslog; we have the
macros INFOMSG, ERRMSG, DEBUGMSG for your convenience.
I'll remove the function in my commits coming up soon.
