Bug#53935: base: Y2K patch available for mush package

I've patched mush-7.2.5unoff2 for Debian (which is really "Mail User's
Shell (7.2.6unoff2-mime 8/31/96)") to correct an Y2K bug in the date
displaying. Here it is. Please distribute this to as many locations as
you know; you may also post this. Thanx.
