I tested the current CVS version of the bootdisks: backspace on tty2 works again, hooray mke2fs broke (already a while ago). It fails with: error in loading shared libraries e2p_edit_feature not found (or similar) Copying a current libe2p to the ramdisk using a MSDOS formatted floppy made mke2fs work again. I tried to make a custom kernel for the bootdisk (need it for our network card requiring a new tulip driver) now the kernel needs to include (changes to slink bootdisks) -the loop device -the CONFIG_SYSCTL option the later one increases the kernel by >8k. Is this really necessary? Nils -- Plug-and-Play is really nice, unfortunately it only works 50% of the time. To be specific the "Plug" almost always works. --unknown source
