Log message:
use a new define, DISK_SIZE_DIR_NAMES, to switch on whether we have
rescue%s%s.bin or resc%s%s%s.bin, that is, whether the disk size is in
the dir name or the file name. Define that for i386. No intelligence
yet to look in the right dirs in case DISK_SIZE_DIR_NAMES is defined.
