Log message:
Makefile: Add rescue-pmac.coff to pmac install kit.
(rescue-pmac.coff is a kernel with embedded ramdisk, it can be
used for tftp booting or used by BootX 1.2pre).
scripts/rootdisk/{EXTRACT,SMALL_BASE}_LIST_powerpc: pmac-fdisk -> mac-fdisk
scripts/rootdisk/fdisk-powerpc: pmac-fdisk -> mac-fdisk and cope with a
$Arch of "Power" for machines reported as
"Power Macintosh" in /proc/cpuinfo.
powerpc-specials/coffboot: Tools to build rescue-pmac.coff.
