* Added pmac/chrp split rescue/root support.
* Fixed pmac record syntax
* Fixed pmac/chrp rescue disk generation
* Added support for a gzipped pmac vmlinux "work" kernel so it now fits
on a 1440k floppy.
* Restored copying of System.map since we now have enough space on the
rescue floppy since the root has been split off.
* Disable pmac bootloader generation, pmac will boot from vmlinux.coff
image or BootX.
