Rewritten alternate kernel rules in top Makefile (should work for sparc & i386
arch at least).
Other architectures have to set altkver if needed and append $(EXT) to resc*
and drv* targets.
sparc provides only 2.2.12 kernel now (2.0 not further supported in potato).
Changed tftpboot images handing (mainly for sparc):
tftpboot.img is now built using TILO and works on sparc32 & sparc64 subarch.
tftpboot-noultra.img is built using piggyback and only works on sparc32 (for
rather low memory workstations).
