I fixed this properly in the slink branch... I'll merge that over to
the trunk. We don't want DESTEXT to be like that...

Neither -- it's install.en.html.

They reside on www.debian.org/releases/{slink,potato}, with
the following structure, for instance:
<apharris@arroz:arch> ls -lR i386/install.*
-rw-r--r-- 1 apharris apharris 9527 Oct 9 13:57 i386/install.cs.html
-rw-r--r-- 1 apharris apharris 9580 Oct 9 14:12 i386/install.de.html
-rw-r--r-- 1 apharris apharris 9533 Oct 9 13:44 i386/install.en.html
-rw-r--r-- 1 apharris apharris 9612 Oct 9 14:25 i386/install.es.html
-rw-r--r-- 1 apharris apharris 10060 Oct 9 15:49 i386/install.fi.html
-rw-r--r-- 1 apharris apharris 9604 Oct 9 14:54 i386/install.fr.html
-rw-r--r-- 1 apharris apharris 9628 Oct 9 15:10 i386/install.hr.html
lrwxrwxrwx 1 apharris apharris 15 Oct 9 15:51 i386/install.html -> install.en.html
-rw-r--r-- 1 apharris apharris 276666 Oct 9 15:50 i386/install.pdf
-rw-r--r-- 1 apharris apharris 9584 Oct 9 15:25 i386/install.pt.html
-rw-r--r-- 1 apharris apharris 9591 Oct 9 15:41 i386/install.ru.html
-rw-r--r-- 1 apharris apharris 148525 Oct 9 15:49 i386/install.txt
These are complete documents of all architectures and all languages,
all formats, a total of about 3.5 hours of processing on my Ultra5,
producing 957 files and and 88 symlinks.
'make all-lang-arch-docs' produces what I push up to the web site.
Pushing stuff up to the web site is one of my jobs.
One difference I need to make is that the web versions of the
documentation need to point to files on an official location, not
files in the current dir (as I did in releases/slink, but which is
bloating www.debian.org and is hard to maintain).
