The only bug here is that the kernel and fdisk are numbering the
partitions differently (due to the fact the BSD people like to be
different in their use of partition tables) thus confusing the user.
This will be fixed in the next release of kernel-image where the
kernel will understand BSD labels.

It isn't critical at all since it only occurs on BSD machines and
only if the user mixes up the partition labels.
