Bug#45362: Cannot install boot-floppies

This isn't a bug. boot-floppies-2.1.9 is for slink were newt0.25-dev was
actual. For potato (>= 2.2) look for a boot-floppies-2.2 which isn't yet
available. To work on newer boot-floppies join the boot-ML and ask for it.
