Bug#41408: Profile selection should be availble any time

I just begun to clean up the profiles and turn the profiles and tasks
into ordinary packages.

I think just using --set-selection after some time where other
packages have been installed and deleted etc. could lead to massive
conflict resolution screens. 

But anyway, the packages won't suffer on this.
