debiandoc2html problems

Hi Sean

Install the package libwww-perl and all dependences of this.

The dependences are:

libwwwperl ---- libnet-perl --- data-dumper
	   |		     |
	   |		     |__ libmime
	   |_ libmime-base64-perl


and the debiandoc2html works correctly!
