Log message:
Added `boot_message' file which contains the text that is copied onto
the floppy as `message.txt' if you run ``Make Boot-Floppy''.
Basically it is displayed when you boot from that particular floppy
(you guessed it, right?).  Caveat: this text has to use DOS or IBMPC
encoding for a dumb intel-based pc since that's the charset used
natively.  Thus rootdisk.sh needs to handle this.
