Um, does this mean the Install Manual is right or wrong?

Huh? I have a Sun5 keyboard and it has function keys and they work fine.

Doh!!  I thought I had fixed this *ages* ago!!

Ugh, ok, I just mentioned that the rescue and the root.bin files are
either/or; they vary by architecture and I don't think it matters that
I specify the exact filesystem type for a given architecture --- users
should just read the source.
