Your non-language-specific change for urls.ent I integrated.  Any
finnish specific changes should *not* be made to defaults.ent or
urls.ent.  Instead, include a new .ent file or just do it in the
document preamble (see how I reference urls.ent currently).

I dunno... they might be wrong.  What do you mean 'workspace needed
during installation?  I do caveat in the 'planning' section that some
install methods in some cases (i.e., apt + http, but not apt + nfs)
will require room for downloading the files to local disk.
