Bug#32232: marked as done (Add hint for proxy users before running dselect)

After the first boot dselect is called immediately, and if you are behind=
 a firewall and must use a proxy, you have to quit from dselect and confi=
gure the http_proxy
environment variable and start dselect again.

I suggest to make a hint somewhere for first-time-users. It was my nth in=
stall, but the first slink, and I had missed very the proxy feature of ha=
mm... So, please: a hint at
least!
