Bug#31450: boot-floppies 2.1.4 fails to build for m68k

Hi,

some minor news:

- while building the base system, libc postinstall tries to make devices
random and urandom, support for those is missing in the current makedev
package. I've added support on my system and will notify bdale.

- Also during building the base system, postinstall for all three m68k
fdisk packages complains about awk not being available. I recall Franky
complaining about the same problem but it didn't seem to hurt. Or does
it, Frank?

- while trying to start FTP/HTTP upgrade of the installed base system,
two depencency problems had to be fixed by manually installing the required
packages using apt-get:

apt depends on libstdc++2.8 which isn't in base - should we add it?

info depends on zlib1g which apparently wasn't in the same profile (profile
was 'standard').

My pppconfig problem (dumb user reads the pppconfig screen, decides to name
his default setup 'thepits' and can't connect because the setup script
expects 'provider' to be the PPP setup) can be fixed quite easily if diff
is in the base system. Just compare the output of
ls -l /etc/chatscripts/provider before and after pppconfig.

	Michael
