Some header cleanup for aesthetics
Populate a lot more TODO items, grep for TODO in the text,
these are mostly relevant to porters
Completely gut and rewrite section "Methods for Installing Debian"
Too many change to count, but it's a bit streamlined (probably
smaller than before) and less repetative and more 'linky'.
Lots of platform changes for images for different platforms,
closest I can tell. Installing from NFS and tftp installation
(diskless network) still to be written.
Renamed Section "Using the Installation System to Install and Configure
Debian" to ">Using <tt>dbootstrap</tt> for Initial System Configuration",
broke out a new section "Booting the Installation System", which
contains info on that first, tough reboot. Have not gutted these
two sections but that's next.
Update copyright.
Update some trademarks but many may still remain.
