Hello. I have a macintosh on which I want to install Linux (I think =
MacOS 6.1.4 is really too old!!!) The Mac has only a 1,44MB floppy drive =
and an SCSI hard disk. I connect to the Internet with a PC which has =
Linux, and I communicate between the PC and the Mac with floppies by =
mounting them with -t hfs in the PC with Linux. Can you send me an =
E-Mail and say how can I install Linux on my Mac (otherwise than saying =
me "throw it away")? Thank you very much!

Why is it a bug when you do not read the installation instructions?

See here (quite outdated):
http://www.debian.org/ports/m68k/

And read the Mac quickinstall for potato (a little outdated):
http://people.debian.org/~cts/debian-m68k/potato/debian-mac.txt

Somewhere it should say that you need 8MB of RAM or more, seems it doesnt.
Please read those pages, see if your hardware is supported by linux-mac68k
and join the debian-68k mailing list if you have further questions.
