boot-floppies 2.2.19 vs 2.2.20

There were some minor changes between 2.2.19 and 2.2.20 which were not
in debian/changelog (naughty hackers for not changing changelog
file!):

2000-11-25 18:47  herbert

        * config (1.53), debian/changelog (1.361) (utags: release_2-2-20):
        alpha: Use kernel 2.2.18pre21.

2000-11-24 19:04  mss

        * utilities/dbootstrap/langs/: english.src (1.3), langs.xml (1.5):
        added a possibility to tag default language

2000-11-22 20:21  polish

        * utilities/dbootstrap/Makefile (1.87): Fixed some problems with
        linking libs to test targets. Only build dbootstrap-lc if
        USE_LANGUAGE_CHOOSER is set

2000-11-22 18:11  mss

        * utilities/dbootstrap/po/ru.po (1.81): updated

2000-11-22 16:13  andersee

        * utilities/: dbootstrap/losetup.c (1.5), busybox/utility.c (1.57):
        Be extra pedantic and jump through hoops to be _sure_ we get the
        right dev_t to make the loop device happy...

This last change is especially relevant to PowerPC and the APUS
subarchitecture, I believe.

Therefore, you should be using 2.2.20, however, it's not a 2.2r2
release blocker if you are not.
