Bug#1054757: blends: FTBFS: make[1]: *** [debian/rules:20: override_dh_auto_test] Error 1

Hi Andreas,
yes: the tests for the Python package fail because they depend on which packages are in the astro-education task. Specifically, the "starplot" package was removed from Debian after Bookworm.
I now updated the debian-astro Blends package to reflect the package changes after Bookworm. It needs to migrate to testing (because the "testing" list is used in the tests, as the whole blends machinery is based on "testing"), and then I will upload a blends-dev package with the tests fixed.
astro-education evolves rather slowly, that's why I have chosen this one for the test.
