Debian PAN Blean re-activated

Hello,

since the lockdown in France, I would like to reactivate the pan Pure blends. I would like to create something like the astro blends.
but I can not find the source code of the astro blend on salsa. (at least it is not trivial to find it).

so my questions are:
  - how to  add the pan blend to the Upcomming part of the official page. https://www.debian.org/blends/
  - is the pan blend website automaticaly generated when I do a commit to the repository ?
