Which mailing list for the PAN blends ?

Hello,

The Debian PAN packages was uploaded and sit into the NEW queue.
Before doing an announce about the Debian PAN, I would like a mailing list in order to coordinate its developpement.
If I remember correctly, I got an old mailing list on alioth, which is now  part of the "archive of inactive lists."
