In https://salsa.debian.org/blends-team/hamradio/-/project_members,
there is a tab "Invite group". I added the hamradio team now. (Afaict
"invite" is just "add" for groups, I didn't have to accept the
invitation. Or maybe it was auto-accepted because I am a member of the
other group.)
