Python3 port for Blends tasks pages [Was: Python 3 transition: please prepare your service and its dependencies]

Hi Ole,

do you remember why we did not yet activated Python3 in the tasks pages?
I just did not touched it a long time - but we somehow stick to Python2
and did not yet activated your Python3 enabled code.

PS: On my local machine the encoding issues remain for Python2 and
    Python3. :-(

Hi all

The removal of Python 2 is planned for Debian bullseye and a number of 
python-* module packages have been removed already. Please ensure that
the debian.org meta-package for your service will be installable on
systems without Python 2 and that your service will work on Python 3
based systems. Since Python 3 and many modules for it are available in
Debian buster already you can start migrating your service to Python 3
early. Please send patches for updates to your service's dependencies
once you have ported your service code to Python 3 or if you would like
your Python 3 dependencies available for testing your porting.

There may be more issues due to other things needing Python 2.
