The Wiki tries to give a definition which has not really helped
newcomers to understand (which might be a feature of several definitions
that only insiders understand it properly). So I'm not really happy
about the current definition but I have no better suggestion. I really
like the discussion about it since now more brains are involved than at
the time when more or less Jonas and me worked on it exclusively.
