Thanks for clarifying. Please correct me if I am wrong: As I understand it, access to Plinth via a web interface is not an optional feature of FreedomBox but a crucial core mechanism. To me that sounds like in its current state you will not get a working blend without that custom script, and I therefore recommend to postpone inclusion of FreedomBox into debian-blends-tasks until fixed. >>> We are working to resolve this issue.
