Data from tasks files imported into UDD

Hi,

I created two new tables in UDD:

   blends_unknown_packages
     containing all packages which are not in any other table but have
     information inside tasks files

     Please note:  The Published-* fields and Registration are NOT taken
     over.  These data belong to debian/upstream/metadata and it has
     turned out that it was a bad decision to provide these inside tasks
     If you want to provide this information drop it in a packaging
     skeleton of your prefered VCS - if you are honest about packaging
     the software you could spend these 10 minutes

   blends_remarks
     remarks you want to see on the web sentinel tasks page of the
     package

The plan is to finalise the new tasks page rendering from UDD data only
that was started by Akshita in last years GSoC project.
