Bug#783240: blends-doc: Please add URLs for the Blends team online

Please add sufficient URLs for the reader to be able to locate Blends
support resources online. I noticed in my review there are no links to
the wiki page nor the irc channel:

Linked already within that page:

IRC: #debian-blends channel at irc.debian.org is present.

We recently renamed #debian-custom -> #debian-blends on irc, and this
came up in my review of "where is the old channel name linked, so that
I can fix all such xrefs?" I was mildly surprised that blends-doc
mentioned neither the wiki page nor the IRC channel.

I suggest you at least link the wiki page. Consider if there are any
other URLs that belong to the project that should be listed at the
same time.
