Bug#720416: marked as done (metapackages should be put into the metapackages section)

regarding metapackages should be put into the metapackages section
to be marked as done.

AIUI we should do this for the packages build from the debian-edu package too.

this bug was closed in version 0.6.92 but the changelog was lacking an
