I'm not fully convince about the numbered tasks.  Failing to be able to
make a better suggestion I'd be fine if this would be implemented but
perhaps somebody else might have a better idea.

The principle seems to be clear ...

No problem for the moment.  I'm not sure if we should mix up generic
tasksel tasks and Blends tasks in case we get at some point in time 
the tasksel data imported.  But that can be discussed later.

Hmmm, I do not think so because finally the user would be forced to seek
to sometimes a lot of tasks if he really want to find the dependency.
That's also not friendly.
