Bug#708820: blends-dev: Creates empty maintainer scripts



Hi Felipe,

thanks for filing the bug.  I confirm that I'm aware of this and will
try to solve this with the next upgrade.  Having a bug assigned to
the problem is definitely a helpful step for this.

PS: I'll come back to your new metapackages for Debian Multimedia
    soon.  I was a bit disturbed by vacation + backlog but its quite
    high on my todo list to give some hopefully helpful remarks.
