That's a virtual package and has no real installation candidate so
blends-dev warns you about the fact that there is no such package but
includes it as Suggests anyway.  You should give an alternative real
package in any case (in tasks files as in real control files).

I think this is the error which cause me the real problem, not ladspa-plugin
