I'm an artist and I'm not a developer. Looking for technical help to  
create a proposal for packaging issues. Facilitating more artists  
contribute to Debian and derivatives (Blends).

There is no standard name and package structure (how to do it).
Example, cursors theme:
Note that there is also cursors[1].
oxygencursors
comixcursors
crystalcursors
dmz-cursor-theme
moblin-cursor-theme

chameleon-cursor-theme
