I have tested this setup and additional switched from etch to lenny, 
with
--dist lenny

All the error messages I've got in the past from debian-cd has gone :-)

So far, all is working.

The next two steps are building the delixs CD and then testing the "two 
arches feature" (i386 & amd64).
