Re: Simple-cdd and etch

Because that is more simple. I already generated the cd, without any modifications. But now i'll gonna do the hard job. Input my things. I want to make my personalization, so the name of my distro appear besides debian. Since here, i donned almost by hand.

Downloaded the local mirror
Changed the mydistro-udeb
modified the base-file
.
.
.
now, i will generate the cd with this modifications, and this is the hard job.
If there's a way to make this things in simple-cdd, this is great, because
it will minimize my time. So i want to know if simple-cdd give the flexibility
to change almost everithing or i will make this by hand like i done.

Why not go for a custom bootsplash image in grub?
