Comparing glusterfs to nfsv4?
Hi.
Does anyone have first hand experience comparing glusterfs to a typical
shared-home NFS(v4) setup in a production environment for a >50 node
cluster?
I am particularily interested in stability, compatibility and
performance.
Ultimately I am aiming for a glusterfs setup striped across two or three
storage backend nodes with roughly 30TB disk space each.
Is this a realistic scenario for glusterfs, and is it stable and
especially compatible enough to work in a HPC environment?
