Well, it seems like mosix 1.0.3 and the newer kernels have some oddities as Jonathan just reported. I want to package mosix 0.98 with the 2.2.19 kernel. However, I don't have a suitable environment for the build. I would need a machine running potato, and the 2.2.19 kernel, with a clean copy of the sources. (To create the mosix patch). I have libc6 2.2.3 on my machine, and I'd prefer to build it on a machine with an older libc6, preferably the one in potato, if mosix 0.98 is going to be useful. I'll try to see if the Debian machines can be used for this. Does anyone have ideas otherwise ? viral -- I'll see you on the Dark Side of the Moon.
