Hi, I would like to know which NFS server is the best to use. Seems like in potato, there is an nfs-server, but in woody, there is only nfs-user-server and nfs-kernel-server. Their descriptions say that nfs-user-server has more features and stuff, while nfs-kernel-server is faster. I would like to know what is the best way to do nfs ? Is going with the 2.4 kernels a better idea ? Which nfs server, kernel combination is stable. I'm using the nfs-user-server right now, and yesterday, it blew up saying nfsd[319]: fd cache inconsistency! in the syslog. This message repeats hundreds of times. I checked my recent syslogs, and its been there everyday, but it never crashed anytime. viral
