UPDATE: Bug in lam-6.2pl3/blacs1.1/scalapack1.6 combo
Greetings! I've pinned this down a bit. The error only occurs when
using -O without the -lamd option, at least with lam 6.2b pl4. Either
-c2c (no -O) or -lamd -O works. This is a homogenous cluster, of
course.
