New lam package
Greetings! I just received permission from the upstream LAM
maintainers to combine the shared libs into one. The -7 packages do
this. I've renamed the soname to 2 to deal with the new shared
library setup. Please test, and report any bugs!
BTW, we need to resynchronize with mpich. Mark?
