Yes and no ... this happens on amd64 only if multiarch is already
enabled with "dpkg --add-architecture i386", as noted in
/usr/share/doc/wine/README.Debian.gz
(using --no-install-recommends will prevent installing wine32, too,
but in this case it would clearly be the user's responsibility to
take care of this)
