Could lxc-templates be backported to buster?

Hi,

The debian template doesn't do quite the right thing for building 
bullseye containers - it gets the security line in sources.list wrong.

The version in bullseye appears to fix that (naturally).

Could it be backported, so that bullseye containers can be built nicely 
on buster hosts?
