Request to update butt

Hi,

Currently butt in buster-backports is version 0.1.18-1~bpo10+1 whereas 
in bullseye it is version 0.1.26-1.

I read through the contributor information on backports.debian.org and 
it mentions user requests so I'd like to make one, that the backport be 
updated to match bullseye.  I hope this is the right place.

FWIW I was able to compile 0.1.26 directly from the upstream source on 
buster without any issue.
