amd64 linux kernel 5.10.19-1~bpo10+1 signed/unsigned versions desynchronized in backports

Hello,

Since https://lists.debian.org/debian-backports-changes/2021/03/msg00053.html was posted, I have not been able to upgrade from linux-image-5.10.0-0.bpo.3-amd64 (kernel 5.10.13-1~bpo10+1) to linux-image-5.10.0-0.bpo.4-amd64 (kernel 5.10.19-1~bpo10+1) despite having buster-backports configured in my /etc/apt/sources.list and package linux-image-amd64 installed.

* Is it related to the freeze period?

* Why the aforementioned link mentions buster-backports in "Accepted linux 5.10.19-1~bpo10+1 (source) into buster-backports->backports-policy, buster-backports"?

* Is it normal that unsigned version and signed version are desynchronized? Maybe, more work is needed for the signed one?

NB: The initial conversation took place in debian-user (https://lists.debian.org/debian-user/2021/03/msg01090.html).

Thanks in advance :)

Best regards,
