Re: Binary packages stalled in policy queue

That is missing my announcement, sorry for that. When in freeze we always the queue to a
policy queue, so that every upload is manually checked against the testing rule. In theory 
buildd uploads should not be affected by the policy queue. In practise
this usually needs some fine tunings. 

We will work on this.
